Welcome
I am a Certified Master Life Coach through the Transformation Academy, as well as an Author and Speaker. My own life experiences with my mental health and recovery have transformed my mindset, and I am passionate about helping others overcome their struggles.
Growing up in a home filled with brutal physical, verbal, and mental abuse, I understand the challenges that life can throw at you. At one point, I was a career criminal and served my first prison term at the age of 40. However, that experience saved my life and ignited a mission within me to help others succeed as well.
Through my recovery and mindset transformation coaching, I offer custom-designed packages tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I empower them to change their thoughts and behaviors, ultimately allowing them to reach their highest potential and find happiness in any circumstance. My coaching services include:
- Happiness in recovery coaching
- Goal success and life purpose coaching
- Leadership and motivational coaching
In addition to coaching, I am also a talented motivational and inspirational speaker. You can find my book, "From The Streets To Redemption," on Amazon, Kindle Unlimited, and Good Reads. Additionally, you can directly access my new book by clicking on the two covers on this page, which will take you to Amazon.
I have a genuine passion for helping others navigate life's struggles. If you would like to learn more, have questions, or even provide feedback, please visit the Contact page of this site and fill out the form. Rest assured that all information shared is kept confidential, and we have a judgment-free policy. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
*NOTE: While we complement traditional counseling, we are not a replacement for it. If you feel that you need more help than I can offer, please seek medical help. It is perfectly okay to be in counseling, and I myself still benefit from it. Remember, we are fighting to #endthestigma, and you are not a burden nor should you be ashamed to ask for help. It is just a call away.
